Image Cytometry Analysis

A DNA image cytometry (DNA-ICM) system was recently developed for a DNA amount based quantitative image analysis. This system can be used in routine clinical settings to measure the relative amount of nuclear DNA (nDNA) in characterization of malignant cells, particularly for early diagnosis in evalutaion of early malignancies and pre-malignant conditions, and the estimation of the relative DNA amount in atypical cells.
