Gene Expression

We have developed a web-based Gene Expression Browser (GEB) for scientists to research and visualize gene expression profiles of large amount of microarray expression data.

GEB gene expression profile plot GEB normalizes all microarray studies into treatment over control and allows users to quickly browse, compare and visualize gene expression profiles in all experimental conditions available in the data pool.  Users can follow gene expression changes of a defined set of genes in different experimental conditions, or changes of the profiles of all genes in the data pool, or easily find experimental conditions that result in similar gene expression profiles. GEB is a unique tool for mining large scale and complex microarray data. GEB is released with a data pool of 301 independent Arabidopsis microarray experiments (2436 Affymetrix ATH1 chips).

We are currently integrating public mouse and human microarray data to build GEB for mouse and human.
